Yellow, Alert Level 2 equivalent: conditions may worsen. Check the hazard map and how you would evacuate. Hazard: flooding of low-lying land, underpasses, basements and small rivers (since 2026-05-29 this also covers the river flooding the old 洪水警報 warned about).
